His LPD 17 Main Propulsion Engine Center of Excellence team won the 2013 RADM Benjamin F. Isherwood Award for Exceptional Fleet Support. He has completed several root cause analyses for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Engineering Directorate, for various ship classes. He has also received the 2010 RADM Stephen S. Israel Junior Officer Award of Excellence.
