An armiger and knight of Pontifical Equestrian and Religious Military Orders, he is married to Her Excellency, Alicia Gabriela, Countess Tomasella, and has three daughters, the Ladies: Grace, Clara, and Giovanna.

General Staff Officer assigned to Force Protection Division as Weapons of Mass Destruction Officer. Responsible for the development and coordination of all matters pertaining to contingency and operational CBRN plans for the installation. Analyzes directives and guidance for emergency, operational, and mobilization planning. Assists in formulating, developing, coordinating, and publishing current and long range plans. Coordinates multiple planning cells. Analyzes available data to extract criminal, physical, or terrorist threat information relevant to the security of the installation.
