Created and implemented scheduling system for three Mobile Sea Range vessels, streamlining coordination with four outside agencies to plan and execute more than 50 fleet training events. Created a detailed work plan and reduced scheduling turnaround time from 2 weeks to 2 days or less. Trained more than 15 tactical watchstanders to provide support for fleet-level training exercises. Ranked top 3 of 15 peers with 4-6 more years experience, recommended for promotion ahead of career timeline.

Training Officer
Coordinate comprehensive shipboard training program and prioritied training requirements during weekly meetings with executive leaders. Designed and implemented high-detail emergency response scenarios and delivered training seminars to more than 100 people.
