Professional Human Resources Manager capable of producing high-quality work through in-depth knowledge of the human resources profession. Proactive leader. Born and raised in San Antonio, TX. Attended and graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in 1980. Enlisted in the Marine Corps in September, 1980. Became a Warrant Officer (Personnel Officer) in 1993. Served in various duty stations and assignments of increasing responsibilities beginning in 1993 and through my retirement in 2004.
