I bring over 33 Years of US Army experience with Air Defense working with Short Range Gun and Missile Systems up to Ballistic Missile Defense Systems. I am a Military and Civilian Instructor/Curriculum developer, a seasoned operations officer. I have been responsible for managing equipment and personnel that were both developmental and Operational.

From December 2004 until 1 March 2007, I ensured that the entire BMDS system maintained the capability to respond to missile attacks in accordance/as prescribed by the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Commander of US NORTHCOM.

From OCT 2003 to DEC 2004 Supervised the Critical Action Team (CAT) operations in support of the BMDS transition to operations. Developed the scheduling process and refined it during the Progression to Alert period when the BMDS was being installed and established to have a limited engagement capability.

Commanded the Air Defense Artillery Military Occupational Skill Qualification (MOSQ) training for Region F of the Army Training Management System. Managed instructors providing classes for Stinger missile (MANPADS), Avenger missile systems, and for the Patriot Missile Launchers.
