Bio
Active duty Army Officer with over 21 years of active federal service. Over 17 years of leadership experience including: Team/Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Rear Detachment Commander, Division Planner, Engineer Basic Officer Instructor, Staff Officer and Battalion S3. Vastly experienced in demolitions, logistics, management, operations, and resource management, just to name a few. Love to support the community we live in and currently volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. I am an innovative, charismatic, and energetic leader when working towards company or business goals. In order to be an effective leader you have to understand team building in a diverse culture and population, be an active listener, know how to follow, and be patient. In doing so, employees are willing to work together to achieve mission success. I am interested in business, business management, human resource management, and special effects.
