Bio
Native Cincinnatian, I attended the University of Cincinnati and took my 2LT oath on June 14, 1970. After active duty, graduated from the Norwood (OH) City Police Academy and spent 43 years as a park ranger and later a wildlife and natural areas manager. Met my wife in 1972 and married in 1974. Now retired from the park service, I have 3 grown children, one grandson, and one step granddaughter.

SPECIAL SERVICES OFFICER DPCA
FOLLOWING SUCCESSFUL TURN IN OF ALL MOTOR POOL EQUIPMENT AS 6TH ARMORED CAV WAS BEING REDUCED IN SIZE, I WAS ASSIGNED TO POST SPECIAL SERVICES WHILE WAITING DEPARTURE TO MY NEXT DUTY ASSIGNMENT. MY DAILY RESPONSIBILITY WAS MANAGING TWO POST MOTION PICTURE THEATERS. ALSO SERVED AS PROPERTY OFFICER SIGNING FOR ALL SPECIAL SERVICES BUILDINGS INCLUDING AN ENTIRE FORT (FORT MILES, DELAWARE) WHICH WAS USED AS A SEASIDE RESORT FOR 1ST ARMY PERSONNEL.
