I received my commission as an Air Defense Officer from Officer Candidate School in December 2011. My first duty assignment after BOLC was at 1-1 ADA in Okinawa, Japan. I'm attending the Air Defense Captain's Career Course this year and am seeking to assume battery command at my next duty station.
