After completing over 20 years in the Army, I accepted a Project Manager position with Ericsson North America. Since starting my next career at Ericsson, I have completed an Operational Support Systems (OSS) New Product Introduction (NPI) and an API Delivery for two major US wireless carriers. I look to continue in the OSS arena in 2014.
