Bio
I have proudly served the US Army in both the RC and currently the RA for the past 18 years. I have served in many positions that have provided me the knowledge to counsel Soldiers and their families in career progression. I am proud to be an honest broker to my Soldiers and the eyes, ears, and even at times the heart beat of my unit.

Career Counselor
Serves as the Battalion Career Counselor. Provides career guidance to Soldiers in 4 assigned Company's and 6 detached FSCs. Responsible for the training and mentorship of 10 Reenlistment NCOs. Primary advisor the Battalion Commander and Command Sergeant Major on all matter related to the Retention Program.

Career Counselor
Served as the Career Counselor for the Hospital. Responsible for 380 Soldiers while being geographically displaced from the Brigade. In connection with my daily duties, I served as the Master Resilience Trainer for the subordinate detachments that did not have NCO to fill this gap. Additional duties include Hospital Motorcycle Mentor, Program Manager, and Alternate MRT.

Career Counselor
Served as the Battalion Career Counselor, responsible for the career guidance of approximately 600 Soldiers. Deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from January 2011 through December 2011. Conducted reenlistment ceremony's, MOS reclassifications, numerous counseling's, and Retention Program Management. Trained six company Reenlistment NCOs and provided the Battalion Commander and Command Sergeant Major with program updates, statistics, and way ahead for continuous mission accomplishment.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
Served as the Battalion Career Counselor. Responsible for counseling, reviewing eligibility and options, for Soldiers assigned and attached the Battalion. Provided mentorship and training to the 505th Zone Afghan Uniform Police Recruiter, promoted retention over recruiting to the 505th Zone AUP Commander.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Served as the Admin Operations NCO, supported the TOC and went on various mobility missions as needed. Provided administrative support to Soldiers geographically displaced. Also served as the units Reenlistment NCO.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Served as the general construction equipment operator for a vertical engineer platoon. Participated in multiple CLPs as a driver.
