Michael received his Master of Music and Bachelor of Music degrees in piano performance from the University of Connecticut. He is an adjunct Professor of Music at Fairfield University, in the dept of Visual and Performing Arts. He is a member of various societies, including: Pi Kappa Lambda (national music honor society); ASCAP as both composer and publisher; Sovereign Military Order of Malta.
