Grew up in small town of Janesville, California. Spent two years in Criminal Justice Program at Lassen Community College (great program). I went into the Air Force in 1977. Retired in 1997. I spent two year working as Training Director for AllStar Knowledge Engineering (Intelligence Analysis Software), then Joined Solano County Special Investigations Bureau in August 1999. Been there since.
