I am the grandson of a retired Lt. Colonel of the U.S. Army that served during World War 2 and then as a reservist in the Army Air Corps (US Air Force). My grandmother was a U.S. Army nurse stationed in San Antonio, Texas. I have been a student of history for as long as I can remember and have enjoyed the level f learning that is housed within politics, society, and the military.
