Arrived In-Country Feb 14, 1968 stayed in Danang for a short time then went to Camp Evans. Helped to build the Seabee camp then rebuilt the 1st Air Cav camp to get the soldiers off the ground before the monsoon started. Helped to rebuild the runway converting it from a soil combined strip to a flatter and longer all-weather strip with steel runway matting. Returned in 1969 to Danang and transferred to NSA Danang in Nov 1969. Returned in May 1970 for separation.
