Volunteered for RVN in 69, hit 6 times. Returned to world, promoted to sgt and run platoon preparing cruits for deployment to RVN. ETS in 71 with honorable DD214. Struggled with severe PTSD for over 45 years. Finally found a happy medium between rage, nightmares, and flashbacks. Currently manageable without drugs.
