Advised senior leadership on training requirements for service members, increasing the overall effectiveness of the annual training plan and improving moral within the Unit. Developed and implemented training outlines for an Army Battalion consisting of 300+ individuals, which directly aided in achieving a proficiency rating of 100% and meeting U.S. Army pre-deployment standards
