Bio 

COL(R) Miguel Howe, is the April and Jay Graham Fellow at the George W. Bush Institute. Miguel represents President Bush and the Bush Institute's work to improve transition for post-9/11 veterans. He previously served as the Director of the Military Service Initiative at the GWBI. He served 24 years in the Army to include combat and operational deployments to OIF, OEF, and across Latin America.
