 Department Head managed the planning, coordination of 322 military assigned technicians, 37 senior supervisor and administrative personnel.  Managed Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Fleet Maintenance Repair (Propulsion, Combat Systems, Hull, Electrical and Machine) shops in the execution of an intermediate level work in CNO availabilities, CMAVs, for 53 Surface craft repair.  Reviewed and scope engineering approved I level repairs screened to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, routinely develop work pages and man-hour requirements.  Designated Ordnance Weight Test Control Officer, provide oversight quality control measure to Weight Test shop for all Intermediate Maintenance Facility Norfolk.
2008 - 2010
USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70)
Division Head, G2 Division Officer
Managed a Division of 32 personnel in the operations, maintenance, repair; electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems, including monitoring IDS alarms and high security lock maintenance weapons systems, minor caliber weapons, ammunition handling system and Night Vision Equipment.  Senior Ordnance Officer managed the administration, disposition and logistical requirements for Hazardous material (explosives) in support of operations, to include the handling, storage and transportation and safe use of live ammunition in support of training and testing.  DSRA Weapons Department coordinator, directed the removal and refurbishment of all install Ready Service Lockers, Pyrotechnic Lockers and Chaff lockers during ROCH, and concurrent SRA. 
2006 - 2008
Department Head, Explosive Safety Officer
Managed and implemented explosive safety programs involving the logistics and handling of ordnance. Facilitated 15 tenant commands in support of deployed units for special operations to include; -annual explosives safety inspections (AESI) ensuring strict compliance with regulations and overall command safety, -operational safety analysis of logistical stowage and integrated handling operations - Lead in the development of Camp Djibouti Explosive Safety Site approval with NOSSA, resulting in future MILCON project design for Ammunition Supply Point. Developed multiple base wide standard operating procedures under NAVSEAS OP5 forward operating base contingencies, mitigating and reducing overall risk to force throughout the camp and flight line.

Divison Head, G2 DIVO
Division Officer, Lead 32 personnel in the operations, maintenance, repair; electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems, to include sync servo-systems for all shipboard weapons systems, minor caliber weapons, ammunition handling system and Night Vision Equipment throughout multiple phase of operational tempos and material overhauls.  As the Range Safety Officer, developed and implemented overarching small arms training program integrated with force protection requirements and resulting in over 720 personnel qualifications with zero safety incidents.
