Since retiring at 62 in 2022...things have been...GREAT. I'm in a state, town where the cost of living is low. It doesn't take much, because I never wanted much. I worked 43 years as a Cook, I'm am NOT a Chef but... But I DO have Chef qualities. I have my hands into a lot of pots... A.I., YouTube Broadcasting..(I'm trying!!), and writing my book. Started out as Number 5 Man, then became M548 Driver, then M109a1 Track Driver.
Then I was on Special Weapons, as a Guard
Then I was assigned to FDC as M577 Driver, Radioman, Chart Operator, and Generator Operator
Then I became BC (Battery Commander) Driver
Lastly... I was ED (Exempt From Duty), and was made a U.P. (Unit Police).
I Re Enlisted for a change of MOS, 64C, (Motor Transport Operator)
