Experienced supervising multidisciplinary teams: project/construction management, budgeting, resource integration, strategic advising at the ministerial level, military infrastructure engineering. Over 15 years of living in physically challenging environments and areas of low-intensity conflict both as a soldier and as a civilain contractor. Mission oriented project manager with national and international experience. Experienced US Army Engineer Officer using the skills, knowledge, abilities,and training I gained during a military career spanning more than 34 years and in the civilian sector as an engineer program, project and construction management advisor/mentor/trainer for both the Afghan National Army and Afghan Air Force for 10 years. I also have more than 18 years in the nuclear industry as an armed security manager, and more than 6 years in a hospital laboratory as a medical technician.
