I have worked in positions throughout my career in Artillery, EOD, and Emergency operations. In EOD have served as a team member and leader, platoon SGT, Company First SGT, EOD instructor, CO, BN, and BDE OPS NCO, liaison EOD NCO with DIV HQ, and liaison EOD NCO with a unit performing defense support to civilian authority missions. I also served as the NCOIC of the FLW EOC. Now retired.

EOC/IOC Watch NCOIC
NCOIC of the FLW Installation Operations Center (IOC) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Watch Office, which is manned 24/7 by senior NCOs. Responsible for managing the staffing and operation of the Watch Office by assigned NCOs, training, and other duties as assigned by the IOC/EOC Chief of Operations. Duties include ensuring severe weather warnings and updates are posted, installation wide emergency alerts and notifications are properly executed in a timely manner, and other installation notification actions are handled correctly and in a timely manner by the Watch Office. During emergencies, will also be an EOC Battle NCO/Watch Officer responsible for assisting with emergency activities in the FLW EOC.
