I have traveled around the world in the last 20 years. My career has taken me to a few different states in the US and countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Kuwait, Greece, Thailand, Australia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, and many other great places, whether official duty or some kind of getaway because it was near. I would not trade it for anything. Now the time is weighing heavy on me whether to continue my career or finish it out so I can move on to a civilian career and be home more consistently with my family.
