I am the working of CommsBlack, an American-Polish business organization whose primary goal is to support selected enterprises in obtaining US government & Army contracts in the Republic of Poland and other European countries. In 2016, the US government began investing in Poland and neighboring countries covered by the EDI program (European Defense Initiative). The investment budget for 2018 is USD 4.7 billion, and in 2019 this amount will increase by another 40% up to USD 6.5 billion. Currently I am looking for a consultant, who could support us in the process of reviewing business proposals that we apply on behalf of our customers. We use mainly the following systems: Duns & Bradstreet, NATO Commercial and Government Entity, System for Award Management, Federal Business Opportunities Database. I would also be happy to contact Contracting, Logistics Officers working in Polish Army basis.
