Operations Professional and Military Veteran of 22 years. 16 years experience developing and testing new operational systems and validating associated training materials. Accomplished measurable results while leading teams in a high energy, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. Proven leader with extensive experience in developing new operational systems, including the integration of COTS products and training operators on system functionality. As an Air Force officer and subject matter expert, I helped develop the GPS Architecture Evolution Plan (AEP) system, including validation and verification of technical orders and training of initial operations crews. Recent experience integrating Raytheon COTS products (Eclipse and Equinox) into the next generation GPS C2 System (OCX). I am one of only a few people with experience in all three GPS operating systems: Legacy, AEP and OCX. TS/SCI favorable adjudication (Oct ’17) for positions of National Security.
