I grew up in Selma, Alabama one of 10 children, I was in the middle number 6 with 5 older siblings and 4 younger ones, Graduated from Selma High School in 1975, attended George C. Wallace Jr College for 2 years, and joined the Military with another high school friend, initially I wasn't going to do 20+years but did 22years, 6 months and 23 days. Started working for ITT at the MMD on Ft. Bragg.
