Born Chicago 1932, raised in Sydney, Nova Scotia from age 3. Enlisted USAF Jan 17, 1955. Basic training San Antonio, Weather training Chanute AFB, Il. Assignments Hickam AFB, Hawaii, Tinker AFB Oklahoma, Panama Canal Zone, Petersburg, Va. Left active duty with 12 years service (1967) and took civilian position with Centers for Disease Control. Assigned to Charlotte, NC as Public Health Advisor, syphilis eradication program. Later worked for New Mexico Public Health as field operations manager. Joined New Mex Air National Guard and later Arizona ANG (combat telecommunications). ANG service time added to Active duty time giving me 21-22 years of active duty for military retirement. Now retired living with family in Baddeck, Cape Breton Island, NS
