Recruited, trained, and successfully led a battalion of 210 Cadets and 12 Cadre members on the University of Cincinnati campus. Hired, retained, and motivated a team of professionals to work as a cohesive unit to accomplish all tasks to a high standard. Managed a scholarship and operations budget of more than $3 million. Responsible for seamlessly integrating an Army battalion into an academic environment and building relationships with the university president, provost, college deans, and athletic director.

Expertly managed a diverse staff of experts that handled all personnel, intelligence, operations, logistics, communications, and infrastructure requirements for a Forward Operating Base of 2500 soldiers, contractors, and Iraqi nationals.
