Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Was with 2/2 easy co. As a line co. Corpsman. Participated at the 1st “Battle of Fallujah” in 2004. Fire fights every day along with IED’s, and constant mortar attacks and RPG’s. Didn’t always live on a base we would take over large compounds or houses and often times living with the local people sleeping on their roofs or in there yards.
