I went in the Army with hopes of a career. Short lived in basic when I was assaulted in the captains office by a drunk drill sergeant for my disrespect to my country.
I probably should not have entered in the first place because of drug abuse. They hid the incident and so did I for forty years. Now, the nightmare continues.
