Bio
Born in Little Rock, AR to poor parents, have 2 sisters & 1 younger brother. Moved around a lot growing up - father was a welder & stepfather in construction. Lived in WI, MN, NM, AZ, LA, but kept returning to AR. Went to 12 schools. I've always liked to draw & started painting in high school. Love nature, high places, getting to know & help people. Have 1 grown daughter with whom I'm very close.

Admin Specialist
Administrative/clerical support for squadron, including typing performance evaluations; represented the squadron when participating in base fundraising campaigns, filled in for commander's secretary when necessary, searched 1 woman suspected of shop lifting and occasionally assisted with female victims since I was the only female Air Force assigned at the time to Security Police Sq., trained new WAF admin specialist before stationed in Thailand, Sep 1973.

Korat RTAFB Thailand
Assigned to the 388th Supply Squadron first 6 months, then 388th HQ Sq last 6 months at Korat, Thailand. Performed Admin Spec/file clerk duties, including notification of those selected from my squadron for random drug testing, provided supplies for newly assigned airmen, mailed aircraft photos, typed & filed sensitive documents, answered phones.
