Bio

My goal is to pursue a career in public service in which I can utilize both my training and skills developed as a Soldier and through my Computers program and engineering skills. I would like to use my education and knowledge to create and implement public programs through policy development and implementation as well as the successful management of public programs. I ask the hard questions. ESL Ricardo has spent the past ten years as a filmmaker and photographer dedicated to telling stories that capture the human spirit. His passion is creating documentary films, both for film festivals and for non-profit clients. His work with non-profits allows these organizations to tell their story and describe their mission to their supporters and potential donors. Rick has a particular passion for stories that relate to Earth and Space.

Platoon Sergeant
Platoon Sergeant. a platoon sergeant is usually a Sergeant First Class and is the senior enlisted member of the platoon, and is the primary assistant and advisor to the platoon leader (and acts as the platoon leader in his or her absence). Unless the platoon leader has extensive prior experience as an enlisted member before being commissioned as a lieutenant, it is likely that the platoon sergeant will have a greater wealth of military experience due to the disparity in military service length between a new lieutenant and a Sergeant First Class (typically a platoon leader has between one and three years of service, whereas a platoon sergeant has from 7 to 15 years of service).
