Program administrator, technical advisor and subject matter expert to the commander and command sergeant major on all matters relating to the Army Retention Program. Duties include:
Provide counseling to soldiers and their families on their careers, benefits and opportunities of continued service.
Publicize the Army Retention Program to include coordinating and conducting reenlistment ceremonies.
Maintain and publish statistics on mission objectives and accomplishment to assist leaders in making decisions on retention matters.
Prepare and conduct training to senior and junior leaders and members of the organization on benefits, incentives and policy and regulatory changes affecting their careers.
Currently assigned to 21st Brigade Engineer Battalion as a battalion career counselor. FY16 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) Career Counselor of the Year.
