During my time as a personnelist, I also successfully consolidated staffing and programs for five administrative offices into one reducing required personnel by 50% while maintaining process efficiency,and accuracy increased by 75%. I was a key member of project management team in which we identified processing errors, streamlined system, and increased timeliness and accuracy of performance reports company wide by 95%. I created a training series for over 30 programs and provided training to over 200 personnel; enhancing customer service, reducing data entry errors, and increasing timeliness of career programs

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)

Provided embedded personnel and administrative support to 300+ flying operations package-consisting of pilots, operations support, and aircraft maintenance personnel. I assisted the First Sergeant with support activities as needed to ensure personnel were taken care of.
