4th of 13 siblings. Hospital Corpsmen, Nursing, finally as a Physician Assistant. Specialized in both Family Medicine & Surgery. Working in Orthopeadic Trauma for the last 10 years before retiring.
Miss the Camaraderie of the military, but this has changed from when I 1st enlisted, which I contribute, along of lack of rank respect, to the political/civilian influence into changing the military.

Initially enlisted E-2 as Corpsman, advanced to E-6, then commissioned after Physician Assistant graduation. Last combat assignment 2004 Attached as an STP in Helmet Province as a LCDR (screwed over by a Dr. (O6) with a 2.0 eval after a 5.0 eval from combat). Retired after that at 32 years, Aug 2006.
