I am currently serving as an XO for a Stryker company at Fort Lewis, WA. We are gearing up for a NTC rotation in late June. Once the rotation to NTC is complete I will start transitioning for MCCC. I will attend the 15-001 MCCC and hopefully take command of a company soon after graduation. Before my XO time, I served 15 months as a platoon leader and 6 months in battalion S-3 all deployed.
