Bio 

Retired from the Air Force in 1999. Lived and worked in Janesville, WI for almost 5 years, then took a transfer to a new company to Tulsa, OK. I have lived and worked in Tulsa since 2004, and retired in 2018. Have done mostly volunteer work and missionary work since then.

Technical Advisor for Test and Evaluation
Led enlisted and officers and civilian technical professionals in the Operational Test and Evaluation Phase of new systems deployment, for a number of new systems, including the T-3 Firefly, the T-38 Avionics Upgrade (T-38C), and other systems. Deployed to test sites for test planning and development at Columbus AFB, MS, Edwards AFB, CA and other locations as needed. Attended numerous training courses to prepare the way for implementation of new programs. Advised thecommander in enlisted matters.

Command Avionics Manager
Established logistics requirements for new weapons systems and their training systems for the T-6 Texan II, the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35), and the V-22 Tilt Rotor aircraft, and supported others working on the F-22 and other systems.

Avionics Flight Chief, responsible for 8 repair shops and 120 enlisted personnel, with avionics systems on two squadrons of A/OA-10 aircraft and three squadrons of F-16s and one squadron of F-4G Wild Weasel aircraft. Spangdahlem AB representative to the USAFE Total Quality Working group, which met monthly at Ramstein AB, Germany. Led a small team from the squadron on the annual 4-days march in Nijmegen Holland- a 50 kilometer walk each day for four days in a row.

Configurations manager for Aircraft Systems Program Office, trained extensively at Air Force Institute of Technology in Configuration, Programs Management and Logistics, with emphasis in Systems Engineering. Data manager for B-1 Technical Data. Program manager for an electronic warfare maintenance and test system upgrade. Traveled to Rome Air Development Center New York, for acceptance testing and acquisition for use by the Air Force for all B-52H aircraft.
