Have been working in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse area for the last 25 years. Went into Army as a Private E-1 in May 1970 and made E-5(SP-5) August 1971. Work in Mental Health and Substance Abuse as Psych Tech. Medic. Sent to OCS by 1st Sgt and Co. Cdr in 1974 and Graduated August,1974. On the history files of OCS graduates and Graduation speaker was Gen. Omar Bradly whose gran-daughter husband was in the class. Served in the Quatermaster Corp in Logistics for the next 11 year where spent 4 yrs in 101st Airborne/Assault, where I served as Co. XO, Co. Cdr. of B Co. Cdr. 426 S&S Bn in logistical support of a Brigade element. It includes food, ammunition and fuel support for ground and aviation with a 10 point rapid refuel for all types of helicopter support for the Brigade elements. Went Command course to include Advance course. Served in 5th Signal Command in the DSLOG and final active duty Aviation System Command/TROSCOM in St. Louis, MO who managed Aviation and Troop Support items managers in the Army. After the military I manage warehouse operations at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics , Boone County Hospital and later Managed a warehouse operation at civilian Company name Dunlap Sales where stored and shipped sewing machine parts all over the US and PR to sites of Fruit of the Loom and Osh Kosh clothing centers with over 5000 order a month. Presently have been working as a Psychology Tech. at the Robley Rex VA Medical Ctr. in Louisville, Ky for the last 12 yrs.
