I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Enlisted into the Mississippi Army National Guard in October 1999 at the age of 17. Completed BCT at Fort Benning, Georgia. Went through Logistical Training at Fort Lee, Virginia. Completed Chaplain Assistant school at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Never married. No kids.

Battalion Chaplain Assistant
Served the Battalion as the Chaplain Assistant. In this position I assisted the Chaplain with all religious services performed within our Battalion. I would set-up for each service, do counseling if needed until it became a case for the Chaplain, performed administrative and logistic tasks within the Unit Ministry Team. During combat I would perform the same tasks, with the added task of protecting the Chaplain to ensure that he or she came off the battlefield alive at all costs.

Automated Logistics Specialist
Was assigned to the Class IX Warehouse while deployed to Iraq. Inventoried all surplus from nuts and bolts to tank engines. Ensure all items were placed in their proper storage area. Would add inventory into the computer system as needed and required. Operated the forklifts as needed to unload, load and move supplies around in the storage yard compound. Operated the M818 Tractor-Trailer to transport supplies to units or the civilian contractors as needed.
