Amphib training techinically. Really I believe it was a paid vacation for brass. Although, we did manage to set Camp Pendleton ablaze with someones great idea to use tracers in a dry grassy area. Experienced the BUDS O course extensively, witnessed those sailors as they went through hell week, and yes they really do drop like flies.
