Deputy Chief- Military Engineer

USACE-OCE/AOC | Pentagon, VA

Deputy Chief for engineering operations within the military arm of USACE. Responsibilities included management of the Engineering Crisis Action Team within the Army Operations Center. Brief the Secretary of the Army, Army Chief of Staff, Chief of Engineers, and coordination with senior staff throughout the Pentagon. Review of Engineer unit readiness throughout the World and working with the Army G-1 on readiness issues. Worked on the addition of new Engineer equipment being added to the inventory to support the War effort, which included the addition of D-9 dozers and mine flail systems. Attached to the National Airborne Operations Center for special operations related to FEMA.
