Managed a team responsible for recruiting Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Cadets. Also responsible for recruiting potential Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officers. Developed standards for recruiting Officer Candidates and ROTC Cadets. Lead, mentored, and guided senior enlisted members of the Army National Guard.
