I was born a military brat in Germany in 1960. We moved numerous times until my father retired from the US Army in 1973. We settled in Florida where I completed junior and high school. I then attended North Georgia College which is a senior ROTC institution in North Georgia. My father and I both graduated from the same college. Then, my adult life began.
