Drafted 40 Combat Aviation Brigade Signal Operating Instructions (SOI) for tactical communications with Higher, Adjacent, Lower, Supported and Supporting units, (HALLS) in coordination with CA State Frequency Manager. Managed Cryptographic keys, crypto fills, and assigned callsigns with modifiers. Created PACE (Primary, Alternate, Contingency and Emergency) frequency plan with repeater sights, power sources and assigned personnel. Coordinated multi-unit, COMEX exercise with command and tactical units, vehicles, aircraft and ground units for combined ingress and egress operations. Managed user access accounts, Helpdesk support operations, LCI stack configurations, patches and upgrades, etc. Supported tactical field operations and equipment including Harris radios, SINGARs, HCLOS, Etc.
