Over the almost 10 years I have been in the Army. I have witnessed a lot of great leadership and toxic leadership. Which helped me center in where I'm going to be a better leader. I have deployed twice in support of OIF. I am a humble but stern leader. I preach there is only one standard in the Army. That's the Army standard. I'm always willing to learn. I have had set back, but I continue to grow
