Natalie Souza is currently the Assistant Service Center Manager for the Los Angeles VA Regional Office. Ms. Souza began her career in 2003 at the Providence VA Regional Office as a Work-study during her junior and senior year of college while working on her Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management. She officially came on board as a Veterans Service Representative in July 2005 and quickly became a subject matter expert in processing awards as a Senior Authorizer. She shared her knowledge and skillset with others instructing at the Baltimore Academy and assist on Help Teams at the Baltimore and Philadelphia Regional Office and went on to graduate from Leadership Enrichment and Progression (LEAP) Program in the 2019 cohort.
