I am an 85 year old disabed veteran living in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. I had traveled extensively since leaving the military in 1963. I earned a BA Degree in Special and Eementary Education from Jersey City State College. I also have a Master's Degree from Sussex College of Technology, UK and have taken many courses in Education and some minor subjects. My teaching experience had been overseas.

Morse Code Operator

Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Atlantic Region, IMCOM | Fort Liberty, NC

I served 2 hitches at two different times. February 28, 1957 to February 27, 1959 and again (recalled) from October 15, 1961 until August 8, 1962. I was honorably discharged on April 30, 1963. At first I was trained as a morse code radio operator, I participated in a field training, Operation Eagle Tree in Kentucky and Gurilla training in the swamps of South Carolina. During my second hitch I was volunteered to coach the Fort Bragg, Little League Team and the Camp Boy Scout Troop. I earned several Commendations from Military Brass for my work with their sons. I never really received promotions because most of the time I was on different assignments away from my unit.
