I am son of wwII veterans My parents both never to enjoy any benefits from VA Manila' during their life time due to always denied Malaria servers not compensable zero percent. And service connected disability not rate at VA Manila from 1980 up to death of veterans in 1985 continue up to now. I was a member of veterans house hold from 1980 up to death 1985 and continue up to death of my mother.
