I grew up on the streets of Chicago, I proudly served 23 honorable years in the military, serving in the Air Force, Navy and 18 months imbedded with the Army. Since my retirement, I have served as a volunteer member in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary for the past 7 years. Additionally, I have spent 17 + years as a Correctional Officer in the Sheriff's Department.
