I am a Human Resources professional with over 20 years' experience in full life-cycle recruiting, staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, strategic planning, coaching management staff and conflict resolution. I have experience in big box retail, military recruiting, federal contractor and unionized environments.
A Navy Veteran of 6 years (both active and reserve), I used my leadership training to excel in building successful sales teams for several years, before expanding my interests in human resources.
