Hospital Corpsman (HM)
In country, Medical Logistician in a USMC Supply Unit in support of a 1,500-man tactical deployment. The unit I supported was the 24th Marine Amphibious Unit / MAU Beirut Lebanon in 1983. I was also required to assume duties performing emergency medical care, medivac preparations, and triage after the Marine Barracks was blown up.
